These terms apply to your use of the6inchwrist.com and any digital products purchased through it. The site is operated by the6inchwrist, registered in Gibraltar. By using this site or purchasing a product, you agree to these terms.

Digital products

All wallpaper packs sold on this site are digital downloads. After a successful payment you receive a link to download a ZIP file containing the wallpapers. Payments are processed by Gumroad, who act as the Merchant of Record. By completing a purchase you also agree to Gumroad's Terms of Service.

License and permitted use

When you purchase a wallpaper pack you receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the wallpapers on your own devices (desktop computers, phones, tablets). You may set them as wallpapers, screensavers, or lock screens for personal use.

You may not redistribute, resell, sublicense, or share the files publicly. You may not use the wallpapers in commercial projects, print products, or any context that implies the designs are your own original work.

No refunds

Because wallpaper packs are digital files that are delivered immediately upon purchase, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds. If you have a problem with your download, reach out via Instagram and we will sort it out.

Intellectual property

All wallpaper designs, artwork, logos, and content on this site are the property of the6inchwrist. Nothing on this site transfers any intellectual property rights to you beyond the personal use license described above.

Limitation of liability

This site and its products are provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by law, the6inchwrist is not liable for any damages arising from your use of the site or the digital products purchased through it.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Gibraltar. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Gibraltar.
